Site Safety

The first three things that a Department of Building inspector will ask for when entering a job site is the Superintendent’s log, the competent person and the site safety plan. If there is no site safety plan, it is an automatic stop work order. DOB agents have been known to take the site safety plan into their car and nitpick until they find cause to issue violations.
